Azelis Americas Hires Lucia Zamudio

Azelis Americas, LLC hired Lucia Zamudio as sales director CASE Division, Mexico, to lead the Azelis Americas CASE and Plastic Additive business in Mexico.

Azelis closed its acquisition of Megafarma, a pharmaceutical and food ingredient distributor in Mexico, in January 2020, establishing Azelis’ presence into the Latin American market and providing a foundation for the growth of additional businesses in Latin America.

Based in Mexico City, Zamudio will be tasked with building out the CASE and Plastic Additives sales team and related functions in Mexico.

Previously, Zamudio was Latin American sales manager at Honeywell in Mexico City where she was responsible for significant growth across all areas of Honeywell’s foam business.
